What makes an Axiom vial different from the one next to it?

Two things you can check yourself. Every batch is assayed by Summit BioAnalytics, an independent lab, and that certificate is published in our COA Library before the batch goes on sale — not emailed on request. And every vial is filled by weight, with the measured mg printed on the label rather than the nominal figure.

Are these suitable for clinical or human use?

No. Everything we sell is a research chemical intended for in-vitro and laboratory research only. Nothing here is for human or veterinary use, clinical trials, or any therapeutic application, and we will cancel orders that indicate otherwise.

How should I store material when it arrives?

Accepted Answer

Keep lyophilized peptide at −20 °C for long-term storage, or 2–8 °C if you are using it within a few weeks. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8 °C and protect from light. Vials ship at ambient temperature, which the lyophilized form tolerates for the duration of transit.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders confirmed before 1PM CT on a business day leave the same day. Everything else goes out the next business morning. You get tracking by email as soon as the label is created.

Where do you ship?

All 50 US states and US territories, plus Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $250. We are not shipping to other countries yet.

What if a vial arrives damaged or short?

Accepted Answer

Photograph it before you open anything and email us within 72 hours of delivery. Broken seals, cracked glass, or a fill weight that does not match the label gets replaced or refunded — no return shipment required.

Do you publish the actual chromatograms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each certificate in the COA Library includes the HPLC trace and mass spec data for that specific batch, not a generic specimen sheet. Batch numbers on the vial match the certificate.

How do I pay?
