To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and any note you attach to the order. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence so the next person who picks up the thread has the history.

We do not store card numbers. When a payment processor is connected, card details will go directly to that processor and never touch our systems.

Your details are used to process, pack, ship, and support your order, and to email you about it. We will only send marketing email if you ask for it, and every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe.

We share the minimum necessary with the carrier that delivers your parcel and the processor that takes your payment. We do not sell customer data, and we do not trade it for advertising.

Order records are retained for seven years to meet accounting and regulatory obligations. Everything else is deleted on request — email us and we will confirm within thirty days.

This site stores your cart and your age confirmation in your own browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device until you submit an order.
